1. Free revision first

If something feels off — a lyric, the mood, the tempo — tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll revise your song once, free of charge.

2. 100% money-back guarantee

If you're still not satisfied after the revision, email us within 14 days of receiving the revised song and we'll refund your order in full — no forms, no hoops.

3. Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before our songwriters start on your order. Once writing has begun, the revision and guarantee above apply instead.

4. Rush fees

If we miss the 24-hour rush deadline, we refund the difference between rush and standard pricing automatically — the song itself remains covered by the guarantee.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, handled by Cervly Global Pte. Ltd.
