Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OurSongForever, a service of Cervly Global Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We create original custom songs based on the story, names, and preferences you provide, and deliver the finished song by email as a private link.

2. Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 4–7 days; rush orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times start once we have all the information needed to write your song.

3. Your content

You confirm the details you submit are accurate, yours to share, and don't infringe anyone's rights. Please don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or defamatory — we may decline such orders with a full refund.

4. Your song & usage rights

Once your order is complete and paid, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to play, download, and share your song for personal, non-commercial use — at events, online, and with family. Commercial use (advertising, resale, streaming monetization) requires our written permission.

5. Revisions & refunds

If the song doesn't feel right, we offer one free revision. If you're still not satisfied, our Refund Policy applies — including our 100% money-back guarantee.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
